I am the founder of the Ascent Performance Group, created to assist business executives, sales leaders, and non-profit directors in developing both personally and professionally.
For the past 10+ years I have coached, developed, and guided banking, credit union, mortgage, and financial services executives to higher levels of achievement and performance. I have assisted executives in attaining goals of increased sales and profits, stronger team cultures, and meaningful personal growth.
Before founding Ascent, I spent 30 years in the mortgage banking business — holding positions in sales, sales management, and executive leadership. I led teams as large as 134 team members and was responsible for sales, recruiting, retaining, training, and leading the team. I was also in charge of growing new markets and P&L management.
I realize there is not a straight line to the top. Life, and business, are filled with peaks and valleys along the ascent to ultimate success. As your coach, I will guide you through these peaks and valleys so that you can attain your life and business goals.
